Rowdy Roja Salsa
The All-Natural PREMIUM Salsa!
Rowdy Joes
(better than Sloppy Joes)
1 pound of lean ground beef or ground turkey
1-13 ounce jar of Rowdy Roja Salsa
13-ounces of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1-1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Package of hamburger buns
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Brown the hamburger (or turkey) and drain any fat
Add taco seasoning
Stir in Rowdy Roja salsa and spaghetti sauce
Simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes
Serve over opened hamburger bun and top with grated cheese
Serves 4
Note: Also use as an awesome topping on nacho's!
Sabrina's Rowdy Hominy Casserole Rowdy Queso Dip Creamy Rowdy Dip & Sauce
2 large Cans of hominy
2 medium jars of Rowdy Roja Salsa
1 mild jar of Rowdy Roja Salsa
1 small can of diced tomatoes
1/2- 3/4 pound of ground chicken
2 chicken Italian sausages
4 cups cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions
1 handful cilantro
Brown ground chicken and sausage in fry pan (remove sausage meat from casings) while meat is cooking (season meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder if you would like optional) open and drain hominy.
After browning meat drain fat if necessary.
Mix cooked meat, hominy, Rowdy Roja Salsa, diced tomatoes and 2 cups cheddar cheese together.
Pour in large casserole dish bake in oven for 30 min @ 350-degrees then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and brown until the cheese has melted and you have desired crispness.
You can either sprinkle top of casserole with cilantro & green onions or serve on the side.
You may also offer sour cream for those who enjoy it.

1-13ounce jar of Rowdy Roja Salsa
1-16 ounce package of a pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut into cubes
Combine salsa and cheese product in saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until well blended. Serve with chips.

1-13 to 16 ounce container of sour cream
Mix salsa and sour cream together until well blended.
Serve with chips or quesadillas.
Awesome over baked potatoes!

Making home made pizza tonight?
Add a jar of Rowdy Roja Salsa to the blender until smooth, and use as a zesty, flavorful pizza sauce!
Then add your favorite toppings, and bake!
John & Janes Rowdy Soft Tostadas
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 sweet onion, diced
1 whole garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
4 - 10" soft corn tortilla
1 large (or 2 small) avacadoes, peeled and diced
Cherry tomatoes, diced
3/4 cup of refried beans
1 cup (or more, if you like!) grated white cheddar
1 jar of Rowdy Roja Salsa
Brown beef in a pan over medium-hot heat,
Add onions and garlic just before meat is completely cooked, and continue cooking beef until cooked through. Drain any excess fat
Warm tortillas on griddle or in large pan
Spread about 3 Tbs refriend beans on each tortilla
Place meat mixture on top of each tortilla
Top with grated white cheddar cheese
Serve warm
At the table, top with Rowdy Roja Salsa, diced avacadoes and diced cherry tomatoes.
We dare you not to be able to say "Mmmmm!" after trying these great Soft Tostadas!

Rowdy's BEST Guacamole Dip!
2-ripe large avacadoes
1-jar of Rowdy Roja Salsa (we used medium)
Juice from half a lime
Mash avacadoes until smooth
Add juice from half a lime
Stir in 1 whole jar of Rowdy Roja Salsa
Serve with chips

We made this a few times at parties, and people love it!
It's the easiest way to make the best guacamole!

Rowdy Dave's Killer Salmon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place salmon on aluminum foil large enough to wrap around salmon filet.
Cover top of salmon with Rowdy Roja Salsa and loosley seal top and sides of foil. Place in open casserole and bake for 10 to 20 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Thicker fish may take longer. Use your judgment.
Bake fish until it flakes with a fork.
Left over Salsa in foil is great over rice

Rowdy Huevos con Queso
(eggs 'n cheese with Rowdy Roja Salsa)
2 eggs - beaten
1-Tablespoon cheese (your choice)
1/4-teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup of Rowdy Rowja Salsa
Mix ingredients together
Heat pan over medium heat, add pat of butter
When butter has melted, pour in egg mixture
As the edges of the eggs begin to set, lift the egdes with a spatula to allow eggs mixture to flow underneath.
When set, fold out of pan onto a plate and sprinkle with more sheese, if desired.

Awesome Rowdy Burger!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 pound italian sausage
13-ounce jar of Rowdy Roja Salsa
1/4 cup italian breadcrumbs
shredded mexican blend cheese, or hot monterey jack pepper cheese (if you want a little more 'heat')
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, combine ground beef, sausage, salsa and bread crumbs.
Mix well and shape into 6-ounce hamburger patties.
Grill until done. Don't overcook
Eat plain, or top with things such as sour cream, guacamole or tomato slice
